2. User Accounts
To use full features of MuscliKnot, including AI pain assessment and personalized plans, you must create an account. You represent that the information provided is accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
3. Premium Subscriptions
Access to advanced AI features requires a Premium subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You can cancel at any time through your account settings, but refunds for partial billing periods are not provided.
4. User Content & Restrictions
You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, or misuse the MuscliKnot application or its AI algorithms. You may not use MuscliKnot in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair the service.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, algorithms, designs, logos, and materials on MuscliKnot are the intellectual property of MuscliKnot. You may not reproduce or distribute any of our content without express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MuscliKnot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues (including any physical injury resulting from following the exercise routines), whether incurred directly or indirectly.
